Grizzly Size Buttermilk Power Cakes

I’ve been making these before my early gym sessions, and the whole grain texture keeps me full way past noon. The buttermilk flavor comes through just right, not too sweet, and they cook up fluffy every time. Definitely my new go-to for a camping breakfast too.
