巧克力脆片酥脆棒

I was skeptical about a granola bar actually keeping me full, but the 10 grams of protein really does the trick for my mid-morning snack. The whole grain crunch is satisfying without being overly sweet, and the texture holds up even when I throw it in my bag.

Crunch is spot on, not one of those dense bricks that falls apart. I've been grabbing one around 3pm when I need a solid snack that won't wreck my dinner, and the 10 grams of protein actually keeps me full.

Kept a box in my gym bag for those post-workout hunger pangs, and the 10 grams of protein actually makes them feel like a legit snack rather than just a sugar hit. The whole grain crunch is satisfying without being too dense, so I don't feel weighed down right after lifting.
