Bánh Muffin Phút Cuộn Quế

I had one stashed in my desk drawer for a busy afternoon and the 12 grams of protein actually kept me full until dinner. Just added water, stirred, and it came out fluffy with the cinnamon sugar swirled through the middle.

Took exactly 60 seconds in the microwave and came out fluffy, not rubbery. The 12 grams of protein actually kept me full through my morning meetings, which is rare for a mug muffin.

The whole grains give it a hearty texture that actually feels like a real muffin, not a sad microwave afterthought. I’m genuinely surprised how the cinnamon flavor comes through without being overly sweet, and 12 grams of protein keeps me full past mid-morning.
