These turned out incredibly moist, even when I swapped in whole wheat flour. The cocoa flavor is deep enough that you don't need to add extra sugar, which is a win for me.
The chocolate chips are generously distributed, so every bite has that rich, semisweet hit. It's nice to have a mix that makes moist muffins without sacrificing flavor.
Baked these up for a quick breakfast and they came out perfectly moist with plenty of chocolate chips in every bite. The cocoa flavor is rich without being too heavy, and the mix was super easy to stir together. Exactly what I needed for a no-fuss treat.
I’ve been adding a splash of milk to the mix for extra moisture, and the chocolate chips melt perfectly throughout each muffin. It’s rich without being heavy, which makes a great afternoon snack when I need something sweet but not too indulgent.
I was pleasantly surprised that the mix only needed water added—no extra eggs or oil required. The cocoa flavor is rich without being overly sweet, and the mini chocolate chips add a nice little burst. Just wish the muffins were a tad bigger.

Taste is decent, especially for a "healthier" mix, but the muffins came out a bit drier than I'd like; maybe I overbaked them. The chocolate chips are a nice touch though.
