My toddler usually turns her nose up at anything with whole grains, but these flapjacks disappeared off her plate in two minutes flat. The 8g of protein per serving is a nice bonus for a busy school morning, and they heat up without getting that rubbery texture frozen pancakes often have.
My kids actually fight over who gets the last flapjack in the box now, which never happens with anything else I serve for breakfast. The whole grain texture is hearty but still fluffy, and I love that they're satisfied until lunch without me having to add extra syrup or sides.
The 8g of protein makes me feel better about handing these over before school, and the whole grain texture holds up nicely even after a quick microwave. My kids actually finished their plates without me nagging, which honestly never happens with frozen pancakes.
