Mistura para Muffins de Mirtilo

The whole grains give these muffins a nice hearty texture that I didn't expect from a mix, and the blueberries were actually plentiful. Baked up in about 20 minutes and the whole kitchen smelled amazing.

The mountain blueberry flavor really comes through—tastes like wild berries, not the fake syrupy kind. Mixed up a batch this morning and the whole-grain texture had that hearty bite I actually prefer in a muffin.
