These are my new go-to when I'm running late but still want something filling. The whole grain texture holds up surprisingly well in the microwave, and the protein keeps me full until lunch.
I’m not much of a breakfast person, but popping these in the microwave for a minute or so gives me a solid whole-grain and protein-packed start without any mess. They’re denser than I expected, which actually makes them feel more filling than a typical frozen flapjack.
Just popped them in the microwave on a busy morning and they actually hold up—fluffy with that real whole-grain chew, not rubbery like I expected from frozen. The protein kick kept me full till lunch, which is a rarity for me.
