Tossed one in the microwave this morning and the marshmallow bits melted just right, enough to make the whole cup taste like a campfire treat without any of the mess. The whole grains keep it from feeling like a sugar bomb, so I'm not crashing an hour later.
The marshmallows are what sold me—they actually melt into the batter when you stir it up, so every bite tastes like a real campfire treat. I’ve been keeping these in my desk drawer for busy mornings, and the whole grain texture keeps me full way longer than I expected.
Took these camping with me last weekend and they absolutely saved breakfast when the fire wouldn't cooperate. The marshmallow bits get nice and gooey in the microwave, and the whole grain batter keeps you full way past lunch.
