The tart blueberry flavor means I don't have to toss in extra fruit, which saves me a step on busy mornings, and the waffles come out crispy on the edges every time. I've already gone through two boxes and the texture is consistently fluffy, not dense like some mixes.
The real blueberries are packed right into the mix, so I didn’t have to chop or add anything extra. They stayed tart and juicy in every pancake, even the ones I cooked up for a quick weekday breakfast.
The batter smelled amazing even before it hit the pan, and the blueberries are tart enough that you don’t need to add your own. They cook up fluffy with a nice crisp edge, and the fruit actually stays moist instead of sinking to the bottom.
