Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix

The texture is perfectly dense and fudgy, not cakey at all. Even my picky kids couldn't tell it's made with whole grain flour.

Was pleasantly surprised that these brownies use whole grain flour but still come out perfectly moist and fudgy. Baked them for a family gathering and no one guessed they were the healthier version.

My kids couldn't tell these were made with whole grains, which says a lot about the texture. The fudge flavor is surprisingly rich for a mix that doesn't feel overly sweet or heavy afterward.

Used half the sugar the recipe called for and they still came out super rich and fudgy, which is exactly what I was hoping for. The whole grain blend gives it a nice denseness without being dry at all.

I was a bit skeptical about whole grain brownies, but these turned out surprisingly moist and rich. The fudge flavor is really deep without being overly sweet. Only gave 4 stars because the mix seemed a little dry and needed an extra splash of milk to get the right batter consistency.
