كعكات الطاقة بالشوكولاتة الداكنة

The semisweet chocolate flavor is subtle enough that it doesn't overpower the hearty 100% whole grain base, which I appreciate for a weekday breakfast. The mix holds together nicely in the waffle iron without turning gummy, and the dark chocolate bits melt just right.

The whole-grain texture is what sold me — it’s hearty but not dense, and the semisweet chocolate flavor stays subtle instead of overpowering. I’ve used the mix for both flapjacks and waffles, and both turned out perfectly crisp on the edges.

Made a batch for Saturday breakfast and the 100% whole grains gave them a nice heft that kept me full past noon. The semisweet chocolate comes through just enough to feel like a treat without being sugary.
