كوب براوني فدج بالشوكولاتة

That semisweet chocolate really comes through — it’s rich but not overly sugary. I’ve had it as a quick afternoon snack and it holds together nicely without crumbling everywhere.

The 100% whole grains make this brownie feel a bit more substantial than your average mug cake, which I appreciate. I just microwaved one for a snack and the semisweet chocolate melted perfectly into the fudgy center.

The semisweet chocolate chunks are what sold me, and they melt just enough in the microwave to make the whole thing taste way richer than a cup should. Between the whole grains and that familiar brownie texture, it's my go-to afternoon snack now.
